Are you a detail-oriented dynamo with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you love the idea of supporting a buzzing sales team while working with national and international accounts? If so, you might just be the perfect fit for our flock! Green Sheep Group is looking for a Sales Administrator to help keep our sales function organised, efficient, and successful.

 

What You’ll Be Herding:

  • Daily processing of orders for our independent, national and international retailers, returns and replacements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Liaise directly with our B2B customers and Warehouse to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner and communication is clear.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation is prepared accordingly and shipping documents, tracking information are provided to customers.
  • Arrange and book in deliveries with our B2B customers in line with their requirements taking into consideration opening times, delivery requirements, pallet dimensions.
  • Overall responsibility for our export order management – process export orders in line with retailer requirements, create accurate invoices, packing lists and certificates.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, specifically in order processing.
  • Familiarity with export orders, including the creation of invoices, packing lists, and shipping certificates, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and tracking systems would be beneficial.
  • A team player who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
