Creative Artworker

Purpose:

To ensure the seamless execution of creative assets across all three GSG brands: Green Sheep Group, Snüz & The Little Green Sheep. As Creative Artworker, your role is to bring our visual identity to life across print, digital, and everything in between – always with precision, consistency, and care. While your bread and butter is brand execution, you’ll also have the eye and instinct to creatively problem-solve when needed.

Description:

Reporting to the Global Brand Manager and working closely with the wider Marketing team, this role is for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys turning creative concepts into final assets that are brand-true and execution-ready.

From packaging to social, trade POS to web banners – you’ll be applying our brand across a broad range of media with skill, efficiency, and accuracy. You’ll be a guardian of visual consistency and a safe pair of hands when it comes to getting the detail just right.

You’ll also be encouraged to flex your creative muscles when there’s a layout challenge to solve or a campaign that needs finessing, bringing a level-headed, solutions-first mindset to every task.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying existing creative across a wide range of channels (print, digital, POS, email, social, and more)
  • Artworking packaging & print materials with a strong eye for layout, typography, consistency, and accuracy
  • Preparing files for print and liaising with suppliers to ensure flawless delivery
  • Managing multiple briefs at once, ensuring deadlines are met, and assets delivered to spec
  • Occasionally supporting creative layout tasks or visual problem-solving when required
  • Maintaining and updating Figma design systems, brand asset libraries, artwork files, and templates

Skills & Strengths:

  • Experience: 4+ years in a design or artworker role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or an agency environment
  • Design Skills: A good eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency, with the ability to creatively problem solve
  • Technical Skills: Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of print and digital production processes, including preparing files for print and liaising with suppliers
  • Organisation: Highly organised, efficient, and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaboration: Communicative and open to feedback, able to work well within a marketing team and with external partners
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous, ensuring all creative assets are brand-true, accurate, and execution-ready
