Are you a detail-oriented dynamo with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you love the idea of supporting a buzzing sales team while working with national and international accounts? If so, you might just be the perfect fit for our flock! Green Sheep Group is looking for a Sales Administrator to help keep our sales function organised, efficient, and successful.

What You’ll Be Herding:

• Sales Support Superhero: Provide top-notch support to our sales team, making sure they have everything they need to close make magic happen.
• Account Wrangler: Assist with the management of both national and international accounts, keeping everything on track and in tip-top shape.
• Data Guru: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all information is correct and easy to find.
• Communication Champion: Act as the go-to person for internal and external communication, keeping everyone in the loop and informed including; account queries, new product management, order oversight and promotional activity.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle any issues that arise with creativity and efficiency, making sure nothing disrupts our flow.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual with a love for organisation and process.
• Someone who is proficient and a whizz on all things Microsoft!
• A strong communicator.
• A multitasking master who can juggle various tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Someone with experience in sales administration or a similar role—bonus points.
• A team player who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
