Customer Service Executive
Are you a friendly, flexible and passionate Customer Service specialist, looking for an exciting role in a busy, fast-paced, environment?
As Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for all administrative elements of the customer order process. The smooth running of the Customer Service Team is crucial, not only to brand reputation, but also the ‘Customer Experience’ at Green Sheep Group. Your role is key to our continued success and is valued as such. You will champion the voice of the customer, demonstrate empathy and be pro-active in delivering feedback internally.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with all other departments and your passion for delivering first-class customer service will be second to none. Your confidence, ability to problem-solve and flexibility will be key skills in this varied role, and you will be required to multi-task effectively.

Other requirements for the role are
- Retail / Administration / Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, vibrant Customer Service Team
- Highly confident in all aspects of customer communication
