Customer Service Executive


The company is a high growth and ambitious UK based company. Recently honoured to receive the Queen’s Award for innovation, GSG operates two brands, Snüz and The Little Green Sheep, selling internationally and importantly to some of the UK’s biggest retailers.

As Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for all the administration elements of the customer order process. As part of a small, vibrant office the role is key to the smooth running of the Sales and Customer Service Teams. Customer service and support is at the heart of this role and you will be an empathetic and confident communicator. You will excel at building relationships with all customers and demonstrate a passion for our products.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and working closely with all other departments, you will be invested in delivering first-class customer service. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident in a busy, fast-paced environment where you will be required to multi-task effectively.

Other requirements of the role are:

  • Retail / Administration / Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, vibrant Customer Service Team
  • Highly confident in all aspects of customer communication
